I’m passionate about helping people live purposeful, fulfilling lives. With a compassionate, person-centered approach, I believe that every individual has a unique story and path to healing. I enjoy working with a diverse client population, including couples, families, and adults. I have spent my time working in community mental health providing individual, group, and in-home therapy to persons and families who have experienced domestic violence. When working with you I will target all of your needs by Utilizing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Processing Therapy (TF-CPT). I guide clients toward understanding, growth, and resilience, always honoring their personal journeys.

Taking a holistic view of wellness, I focus on the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of each person’s life to foster true healing. This allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs as they arise. I believe in creating a non-judgmental space to allow for further self-reflection and insight. My goal is to meet you where you are at and collaborate with you to discover the strength within, find balance, and live purposefully.

I attended Arizona State University where I received my Bachelors of Sciences in Psychology; after which I attended Pepperdine University to receive my Master's of Arts in Clinical Psychology for Marriage and Family Therapy. In my free time, you may find me traveling, at the beach, reading a book, or cuddled up with my dog watching our favorite shows.

And remember: Therapy is a lot like gardening – sometimes you just need to pull a few weeds, plant some new seeds, and give yourself time to grow.
