KATHERINE DOYLE, ASW
THERAPIST | ASW #122860
Hi I am Kat (Short for Katherine),
I am a therapist specializing in supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including foster youth, individuals affected by sex trafficking, and those navigating complex emotional challenges. I work with adults and young adults, helping them heal from trauma, develop self-awareness, and cultivate self-compassion as they move toward living fulfilling and authentic lives.
My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion therapy, and somatic therapeutics. These methods empower clients to navigate and overcome life’s challenges by addressing emotional regulation, mind-body awareness, and personal growth. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their healing journey.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to the healing process. As your therapist, I am here to hold space for you, meeting you where you are with honesty, compassion, and without judgment. Together, we will explore your strengths, understand your triggers, and work through emotional barriers to help you rediscover your inner light and become your most authentic self.
In my free time, I enjoy volunteering with community organizations, writing children’s literature, playing with my dog, teaching yoga, and engaging in mindfulness practices to stay grounded and inspired.
