VALERIYA PESTRIKOVA, AMFT
THERAPIST | AMFT #141497
HI, I’M VALERIYA!
Embarking on a therapeutic journey marks the beginning of a transformative chapter, and as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am here to facilitate a supportive and understanding environment for every individual and couple I work with.
I obtained my degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and my experience spans a wide array of issues, including relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and ADHD. My practice is rooted in creating an empathetic, non-judgmental space, allowing for deep exploration and illumination of paths toward positive change.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending the strengths of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Strength-based therapy. This ensures a tailored and meaningful experience, fostering engagement and progress for each unique journey.
My goal is to provide a consistent and supportive presence, aiding clients as they navigate through life’s complexities, helping them to tap into their innermost strengths, and guiding them on their transformative journey toward healing and self-realization.
