ANANDITA BAHRI, APCC
THERAPIST | APCC #14575
Hi, I’m Anandita!
As an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, I am passionate about supporting clients in navigating life's challenges and empowering them to embark on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and healing. I am here to provide a warm, judgment-free space where clients can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Miami and my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I have experience working with various issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and family issues, trauma, grief, and cultural/societal challenges
As a South Asian, I am dedicated to cultivating an inclusive and supportive environment where I can deliver culturally sensitive and ethical care to clients from diverse backgrounds. My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Strengths-Based, Psychodynamic, and Narrative Therapies.
My goal is to meet clients where they are and equip them with the necessary tools to create and maintain long-term mindful change. I am grateful to be a part of this pivotal chapter in my clients' journeys, and I look forward to joining yours!
