Hi I'm Destinee,
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a master's degree in clinical psychology from Vanguard University. It would be a privilege to be a part of your personal growth journey. Known for my patience and understanding, I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients that meets them where they are at. Therapy is a continuous process that I am glad to guide you through.
I have had the privilege of working with clients of diverse genders, ages, sexual orientations, and ethnicities/races. While I enjoy working with all mental health related issues, I have a special passion for working with issues around grief and relationships. In my practice, I utilize a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Client-Centered approaches to meet each client's unique needs. As a Latina female, I strive to incorporate cultural awareness into my therapy sessions, ensuring that every client feels seen and understood.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy indoor cycling, yoga, and relaxing at the beach. I look forward to supporting your journey toward growth and healing.
