Hi I'm Eberardo,
I also go by Eby, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family therapist. As an Associate Clinician, I have had extensive experience in therapy for children, families, individuals, and couples across diverse populations, including low-income, underrepresented, undocumented, trauma-affected, and foster individuals. My journey as a clinician has allowed me to have experience with Trauma, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Work related stress, and various other experiences. I have also been fortunate to serve monolingual Spanish speaking clients.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, culturally sensitive, person centered, motivational interviewing, solution focus, humanistic approach, positive psychology, and various other modalities to be able to attend to the client’s needs. I utilize an integrated approach to therapy with the use of multiple theories and modalities. My goal is to always meet the clients where they are and be flexible and adaptable to their needs. My belief is that there is no exact approach to the healing journey; it is through trust, work, and the belief in the individual that one can overcome all obstacles that come before them. I believe that life presents all of us with unique challenges. At times those challenges can feel overwhelming and can discourage us from finding the path to healing and understanding.
I am happy to be here to listen, to provide perspective and insight, and to have a conversation with you to explore and find a balanced solution to life’s challenges. I am of the firm belief that clients are the main actors in their treatment goals, I am here to serve as the audience to be able to provide new perspectives. I look forward to working with all clients and being able to provide the space that you need to continue your journey.
