Hello, I'm Holly Homeyer.
Hi there- I’m Holly. Thanks for stopping by! I received my Masters in Social Work from Cal State Northridge and have been working in community mental health for the past six years in Los Angeles. I specialize in treating complex trauma. I believe in the strength we have as humans and I want to see you find that in yourself. I believe in the process of therapy and know firsthand how powerful it can be to have someone else bear witness to your journey. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in schools, hospitals and in the community. I also have experience working with young adults facing life changes, addiction, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety and depression. I look forward to learning more about you. My modalities I use are: CBT, mindfulness, DBT, trauma focused CBT, strength based and psychodynamic in nature.
When I’m not doing this- I love hiking, yoga, enjoying new coffee places and hanging with my two boys, husband and family and friends
