Hi, I'm Jodi!

Do you feel disoriented by life? Are you experiencing a state of overwhelm? Are you or a family member experiencing issues related to incarceration or deportation? Are you currently grappling with issues surrounding your professional and personal growth? Do you identify as system-impacted? I have 20 years of experience working with individuals who have been incarcerated, individuals who identify as LGBTQIA, and their immediate communities (family members, partners, parents).

Using an anti-racist/decarceral lens, I help my clients unveil their unique capacity to prevail over difficulty. I specialize in exploring trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and self-regulation using trauma informed/critical race/restorative practice lenses. It is my deepest belief that we all deserve protection, safety and care.

I will help you confront the most uncomfortable parts of yourself to strengthen your self-worth. If you have experienced trauma and difficult life experiences (grief/loss, incarceration/deportation, abuse), I will gently guide you through an empowering and humanizing therapeutic experience.
