Hi I'm Donna,
I am an Associate Therapist with a passion for helping people navigate challenging circumstances, and find healing and personal growth. I specialize in working with people dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and caregiver stress.
With a background in community mental health, I have experience working with diverse populations and keep in mind individual concerns as well as backgrounds, relationships, lifestyles, cultures, strengths, and values.
I highly value collaboration and use evidence-based techniques to help individuals reach their therapeutic goals. I believe that including reflection, self-compassion and skill development into the therapeutic process can help people build resilience and find inner strength.
I see therapy as a journey of self-discovery and healing, and am dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life transitions, recover from past traumas, and strive for a more fulfilling and authentic life. I believe everyone has the right to tell their own story, and I am here to support and empower the people I work with every step of the way.
